Hello, 

I’ve created an eye model based on real measured patient data. The anterior cornea is a measured XYZ data. The resolution of the file is 0.02 mm. When trying to upload this file to the system I’m receiving an error message as followed:

I’m trying to understand why this happens and how can I fix this. Is the resolution of the file is to small? or there is something else I’m not taking into consideration?
