I am getting an error when I try to import a creo file. Not sure if it is the file or OpticStudio.

What version of CREO are you using ?
Also, to use the dynamic link, CREO must be installed on the same computer as OpticStudio. Is this the case ?

Ah OK. I only have the Creo file, not the software installed on my laptop with Zemax.
