Every time I click on the File tab and then select Convert File Formats → Bitmap Image to OpticStudio DAT, the software freezes and I have to open Task Manager and kill OpticStudio . . . and I never get to convert the bitmap image to OpticStudio .dat format.
Is it just me that has this problem?
I have not seen any bug reports on this. Is it still happening? Does it occur with every file?
Hasn’t happened since I upgraded to Ansys OpticStudio Enterprise. I was able to circumvent the GUI issue by using the equivalent ZPL command in a macro. Thanks for the response!
