I am trying to figure out how tilt of each element in my system effects the chief ray position. Where can I get a value for my chief ray position?

You can use Merit function to deterimine coordinates of chief ray in any point.
To complete Andrey's answer, the operands will be:
REA* operands are in local coordinates.
RAG* operands are in global coordinates.
