Can I get the zemax blackbox file of the canon lens?

Generally, you will need to reach out to the manufacturer/vendor directly to get access to a Blackbox file. You potentially may be able to access it on a distributor's website as well, but either way, going to the source for the lens will be your best bet in accessing a Blackbox file.
