Does anyone have experience and information of modelling optical properties of black polyacetal (black 'Delrin'), in NONsequential mode, to properly model the surface reflectance (about 5%) *AND* the bulk absorption that makes it black?

I don't think Zemax has any material on black polyacetal in general. I don't know if you've had a chance to peruse our knowledgebase articles on scattering in general, though, so I'm going to post some links here that hopefully will be useful.
A good starting point for you or anyone interested is 'What scattering models are available in OpticStudio', at https://my.zemax.com/en-US/Knowledge-Base/kb-article/?ka=KA-01415. It provides a good starting overview for surface and bulk scattering.
