In biconic zernike surface parameters, there is a “#zernike terms”. Could you tell me how to set up this number if I want up to third order x and y terms? thanks a lot.

Hi @EK88 !

The Zernike polynomials of the Biconic Zernike Surface are the “Zernike Standard Coefficients”. The link is missing in the help files, but it should bring you here: The Analyze Tab (sequential ui mode) > Image Quality Group > Wavefront > Zernike Standard Coefficients.
So up to term 10 I think.
