Are layout rays traced identically to analysis rays? Or are there optimizations that ignore certain aspects so that they're faster to draw, etc?

Hi Chris,
From what I know, they are exactly the same. Have you experienced a discrepency? Perhaps you could visualize this with a Source Ray.
