Annular aperture in squential mode

Hello everyone,

Please, someone here how I design annular aperture in zemax using sequential mode for an input collimated beam much similar to the picture below?

Place a circular obscuration aperture on the desired annular surface.  Enter the minimum radius and maximum radius to your desired annular aperture dimensions.

Is adding three or more circular obscurations in a single aperture possible? I want to design incoherently partitioned annular apertures (having phase delay in each) to get an extended depth of field. I designed it using Python but I am not sure which surface is used to import the code result to zemax.
