Hey Dan, Sorry, I don't. The person most likely to be able to help is Prof Jannick Rolland at University of Rochester. She and her late husband Kevin Thompson are great collectors of books on the history of optics, so that's a particular interest of hers. If she doesn't have it, I'm sure she knows who does!
