I am having trouble running this application. I have followed the steps to install, but when I click settings the analysis hangs and I have to kill Zemax through task manager. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas as to what might be the problem? I’m running Windows 11 and Optics Studio 2023 R1.00

​@P.Johnson I saw the same problem, it appears to be corporate security settings preventing the exe from running.

Zemax support were able to replicate the crash (steps pasted below), the difference being their system gave a security window pop up that I never saw. What worked for me was downloading the exe and renaming it - appears to bypass download security.

From Zemax support-

1. I open the Gaussian file 

2.I click on ThroughFocusPSF under user analysis tab 

3. This window pops-up:

4. If I click Cancel, I get your empty window:

5. If I re-do 1-3 steps and click run instead, I get my window:

6. Then again click on settings and again Run

7. I finally get the analysis window:
