Why does the POP analysis run after every single settings change. What if I wish to change other settings also. The POP algorithm goes off on a long analysis run that can be terminated (there is also a waiting period for terminate to complete) Is there a way to make multiple changes to settings without the analysis starting before I finish?
Problem solved. Unclick the Auto Apply button.

Correct. The Auto Apply button is the method to avoid this sort of thing for many tools. All’s well that ends well.
